With over two decades of experience, David Silva is a seasoned and passionate personal trainer committed to helping individuals achieve their best selves through fitness. Licensed since 2000, David brings a wealth of expertise and a unique multicultural background, hailing from Brazil and fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English. This multilingual ability allows him to connect deeply with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Continuing his pursuit of excellence, David relocated to the United States to further his education and training in the fitness industry. He holds advanced certifications from some of the most respected institutions, including the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), Precision Nutrition (PN), and is a certified P90X Beachbody instructor.

David's passion for fitness started at a young age, with a strong interest in bodybuilding and mixed martial arts. His commitment to physical excellence was further cultivated during his service in the Brazilian military. David holds a Master’s degree in Sports Science from the prestigious Federal University of Minas Gerais, Brazil.
